Methodology

Listings are built from the federal NPPES provider registry, public business data (e.g., Google/Maps) where available, and practice websites where available. “Cross-checked” means core identity (name, address, phone) was matched across multiple public sources; it does not mean the office confirmed the details. Rankings on city pages use an independent Blended Score (rating + review volume + profile completeness + verification) and cannot be bought; paid placements are labeled “Featured · Ad” and never change organic order. City coordinates used for distance are derived from the average location of each city’s geocoded practices.
