Direct answer: Across rated profiles in eligible city directories, the median practice has 51 public reviews and the 75th percentile has 248 reviews. City rows use the same definitions and minimum sample gates, making the table useful for local comparisons without treating small samples as stable market benchmarks.

Mean and percentiles: the mean is the arithmetic average of visible public business-profile ratings, with each rated practice weighted equally. The median and 75th percentile use stored public review counts and linear interpolation.
