Featured is an optional, clearly labeled promotional spot at the top of your city or specialty page, above the organic list. One spot is offered at a time, in a fixed order: whoever takes a spot keeps it, and no practice that joins later can move ahead of them. Your position is locked in for life while you stay Featured.
Featured cards are labeled “Featured”, sit separately from the organic ranking, and never change it.
Your first month is free. If being Featured doesn’t bring you at least 2 new patients in your first 30 days, cancel anytime in those 30 days and you owe nothing. No questions asked, and your press release stays published wherever it has already run.
